One World Entertainment is a film production company which was conceived and set up with the explicit purpose of bringing together the best of cinematic talent from around the world onto a single platform to give the viewers an international cinematic experience. Set up last year, One World Entertaiment is promoted by Dr. Amanullah Khan.
Dr Amanullah Khan is a renowned physician in the field of oncology and hematology and a graduate of King Edward Medical College in Lahore. He is currently the President of Cancer Center Associates, a private physicians’ group in Dallas. In addition to his busy medical practice, he has found time to contribute to multiple civic causes. To mention a few, he has served on the President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders; by governor’s appointment he has served his home state of Texas as a member of the Texas Health Care Information Council, the Texas Board of Health, the Governor's Task Force on Homeland Security and currently serves on the Texas Medical Board. Additionally, he has received numerous awards including the Honorary Citizenship Award by the Mayor of Dallas, the Presidential Gold Medal awarded by the Pakistan Academy of Medical Sciences, and the Outstanding Contribution in Medicine award by the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce. His gentle nature and deep respect for human life are beautifully reflected in his poetry and lyrics as well as in his photography, which are just a few of his many passions. He is a published Punjabi Poet and his book Mukar Gayian Nain Shawaan was published in 2004. His creative passion has recently culminated into his production, Virsa. |

Wize Mindz Entertainment started off a few years ago as an event management company but since then, it has diversified into every field of entertainment to the point that today, it seeks to be the complete media solutions organisation. It has made its presence felt in event management, talent management, Audio-visual production and acquisition and marketing of content.
Wize Mindz organised the first ever Bollywood event in Karachi, in May 2004, featuring Saif Ali Khan and Sushmita Sen, followed by another event in Lahore. It has made music videos for various artists including Jawad Ahmad, Ali Zafar, Abrar Ul Haq, Haroon Rashid and Shibani Kashyap. It lists popular Pakistani singers like Ali Azmat, Ali Zafar and Hadiqa Kiani as it clients and represents their interests in India. It has been the line producer in Australia for a Pakistani film and two TV serials on Hum TV, Pakistan. Wize Mindz has been producing Television and Misic Videos and has organised promotional, marketing and corporate events for many of its clients.
Not only has it executed projects in each genre autonomously but it also has synergized its strengths in the various genres to give greater value to its clients and a more complete entertainment product to the audiences. Since this scope and diversity of services is rarely provided by other organisations in this field, Wize Mindz Entertainment, in the short span of its existence, has already carved a niche for itself in the media and entertainment industry.
With Virsa, Wize Mindz has taken another step forward by entering the field of film production. |
